SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
We offer you total optimization for search engines (SEO), a listing in some business directories, Google Map and help you setting up Google AdWords and Analytics. Furthermore we provide you with lots of additional tips on how to increase your visibility.

The term SEO is used to describe the marketing technique of preparing a website to enhance its chances of being ranked in the results of a search engine once a relevant search is undertaken. A number of factors are important when optimizing a website, including the content and structure of the website's copy and page layout, the HTML meta-tags and the submission process.
Adding Url to Search Engines
That simply means to index the url (www.yourdomain.com.au) to the major search engines and indexes. We do the indexing after your website has been launched. It can take to a maximum of 3 months (google) until your site will be indexed, but mostly it will be on earlier. We register your business in free Australian business directories for you.
Free Website Maintenance
This agreement includes webpage maintenance for the packages ‘Virtual BCard’ (2 hours), ‘SmallBiz’ (5 hours) and ‘Corporate’ (7 hours).
Changes requested by the client beyond those limits will be billed at the hourly rate of AU $30.00. Other charges (programming of special additions $70.00 per hour) are not included in this rate.
The maintenance period commences upon the launch date of the website. After the hours are used up, the client can buy a ‘Maintenance Package’ for either 10, 20 or 30 hours (see price list).
If the client or an agent other than ‘get VIRTUAL’ attempts updating the client's pages, time to repair the website will be assessed at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating time.
Editable Websites MUST be backed up on a weekly or fortnightly manner. ‘get VIRTUAL’ can’t held responsible for any data loss!
Customized Web Design Solutions
It is important to include your 'corporate identity', fonts, colors, logo, slogan and other marketing relevant things on your website. The customer should recognize you.
Editable Website (Content Management System)
We do offer 'Editable Websites' with the packages 'Small Biz' and 'Corporate'. Please contact me if you would like to know more about our editable websites or find more information under 'Editable Websites'.
Design of 3 Graphic Templates
We desgin 3 different website visuals (templates) for you to choose from.
Internal Search Engine
We include an internal zoom search engine in your website (if you like of course). The structure and of course ability to access your content is very important. The world of the internet is to fast and only one click away! The search engine has to be updated every time content is added to your website.
Help in Setting up Web Hosting
Our prices do not include hosting. If you wish, we can set up the hosting (web space) for you, but we will charge you the costs of the monthly or yearly fee they charge us (we do not charge you additional fees for doing that). There are good and affordable web space providers for your site (see Hosting Review if you like to find another top provider).
I fully support the great service of 1&1 Inc. Web Hosting 'Home' and 'Business' packages. They do not only have great prices they also provide users with a lot of additional features and with the 'Home' package you get 2 free .com domain names!!
Help in Setting up a Domain Name
Our prices do not include the registration of your domain name. We offer to register everything for you, but we will charge you the costs of the domain registration (we do not charge you additional fees for doing that).
There are rules from auDA (Australian Domain Name Administrator) regarding who can register an Australian domain (for example: you have to have an ABN to register a com.au domain). Affordable domains can be purchased everywhere. I recommend www.cheapdomains.com.au where a 2 year registration of one Australian domain name 38 AU$ costs.
Once domain name registration and webspace has been set up, we can start connecting the domain name to the webspace and setup FTP access as email accounts.
