** Maintenance Packages and hourly rates

With a Maintenance Package (5 hours, pay 10 get 12 hours, pay 20 get 23 hours, pay 30 get 35 hours) we do maintenance work. The hourly rate is $30 an hour.

Included:                    

  1. Support (if I have to come to your place to teach you)
  2. Corrections, updates, redesign of content and additions
  3. Adding new email addresses
  4. Backing up and cleaning up data
  5. Installing components if there are common security problems/other problems that can’t be solved
  6. Adding ‘new features’ (say you like to have a guestbook or a new photo gallery)
  7. Typing off content / text
  8. Changing/editing/retouching all sorts of image files provided my the client
  9. Adding ‘new features’ (say you like to have a guestbook or a new photo gallery)
  10. Adding more static pages
  11. Typing off content / text for the website
  12. Changing/editing/retouching all sorts of image files provided my the client (for example adding prices to product images or resizing pictures after the ‘launch’ date)
